The best way to protect your skin from sunlight is to limit your exposure to it. As much as possible, avoid going out between 10am and 4pm, when the sun’s rays are most intense. But if you need to go outdoors, make sure that you wear sunscreen and protective clothing to help protect your skin even while you’re in direct sunlight.
